When editing a phone number to receive messages, the website asks for a wireless carrier to be selected. Once that is done, the selection box returns to "Not Selected" which makes one think that it didn't record the choice. Intuitively, this prompts you to make the selection again, which adds a second 'vtext' tag behind the phone number. I'm told by customer support that this can interfere with messages being received. Please consider changing that function so that the Wireless service that was selected shows in the box so people know that their choice was locked in. This problem caused my family an entire week's worth of distress when messages were not being received during a recent trip where no other means of communication was available.
