Better customer service
How about a phone number on the billing page in case a customer has a question. Instead of the message that reads do not reply to this email. My phone has been broken since may, after numerous calls I was told I would be giving a number so that I could send it in and never received it. Sold the phone in a yard sale hopefully the new owner can find the part for it.
Got an offer in my email to buy a Gen3 device for $50 and get $100 off of a year's service. I called to find out what happens to the amount of time left on my current service contract. The rep I spoke to after spending a lengthy amount of time on hold kept asking for info I already gave her, and then couldn't understand the question I was asking. Hopefully you listen to that call to improve customer service. This was after I tried using chat but it was unavailable.
