  1. Provide invoice before charging

    I don't think it's good busy practice to charge a credit card prior to providing a customer with a invoice. My credit card was charged Nov. 14 and I don't get an invoice until Dec.? That is typically uncommon. I work for the Federal Government and am required to submit invoices for associated charges, the practice your company now has (since 2019) has caused a inconvenience in that process. Please reconsider your method.

  2. Oppdate correct

    Thanks for all the new features! At the page: SPOT Tracking/Manage
    Alerts/Contacts/Edit Contact (I could have provided a screenshot if attachment was possible) there seems to be a bug for us in Norway, Europe. When I choose "sms", I have to choose provider. But there is NO Norwegian provider listed...Why don't do that like othere pages, and first select country - then phone number? To keep track with all provideres, is a big job... SMS works perfect from my Spot Gen-3 to phone numbers listed in the main menu for my device. Hope you fix this issue so my family…

  3. Use the SPOT location in the webapp to determine time zone

    I'm in the Pacific Time Zone looking at the new webapp tracking my SPOT carried by my son make a track within the Pacific Time Zone. But the timestamps are Central Time Zone. The Time Zone Preference in Settings on the findmespot.com website are set to the Pacific Time Zone.

  5. In SPOT My Account, Clearer path to info

    In SPOT My Account, it would be good to have some text indicating the category of information available under the picture of the SPOT device.
    Even "Click Here for More Info" would be helpful. I didn't even know the picture of my device was an actionable icon.

  7. Keep my account info

    Keep my account info even after my term has lapsed. I went to reactivate today, my login still worked, but my device info had been deleted. This is poor service.

  8. Give discounts for multiple devices on an account

    Some people are willing to have two devices such as spot trace to keep track of assets and Gen2 to wear on their person. Why not give customers a discount for having multiple devices. It would help keep customers with the company longer as we all know it cost more money to bring in new customers than it does to retain an existing customer.

  9. Ordeing when logged in

    When I am logged in, and want to order a new Spot there is no way to that page and no way to use the data entered to be in my order . . I have to tryp it all again . . everything should in in the logged in portal.

  10. Facebook page posts should include the message as text

    I know Facebook policy changes removed the ability to post to a personal profile, but business Pages are still supported. Unfortunately, the post currently just includes a link to the location, but nothing about the message itself. I think there should at least be the option for including the message text on the post, along with the link.

  11. Ability to add a secondary payment method

    There needs to be back up payment information on the system. I was just on a 28 day trip through the back country of Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona, I had paid the annual renewal fee last month, and have been a client for over a year paying the monthly fee. At the beginning of the trip my credit card was compromised and turned off because of it. I did not have internet or email access for much of the time I was out in the back country so when you tried to charge my credit card and it…

  13. Make billing information accessible for Globalstar phones

    Better online information. Be able to see usage, transactions, invoices, etc. There is very little information available now.

    Introduce a software function for SPOT that enables the customer to be notified when a certain number of messages is received from SPOT device.

  16. Explain where to find ESN and Auth Code on all devices

    Tell people where the Auth Number is. You say where to find the ESN why not tell them where the Auth is.

  18. Allow reactivation with same device/profile configuration

    Better customer service.
    I logged in to renew my subscription after being away to find all device information deleted. What practical purpose has that served other than to delay the renewal process until I am both in front of a PC AND have my spotme with me at the same time.
