Reduced fees for Veterans (Canadian and American).
A reduced fee for those who are serving or have served in the military would be a nice touch. Perhaps also add first responders.
I am a vétérans and i am 60 years old My brother is also a vétéran and the price a sport is to hight for us to have 2 but both have a CAMP and both have médicals conditions.
I will not be renewing as you have priced me out of your service, I am retired and on va disability and am unable to continue your service at the increased price. Just hope nobody steals my old sailboat.

My Wife and I are both Search and Rescue members. We are looking at purchasing 2 devices as the departments we are a part of have small budgets. We would like to see a discount on the annual costs as we are already investing significant funds for personal gear on a frequent basis in addition to our time that takes away from our children. A plan specifically for first responder departments would allow our departments to purchase units outright as well knowing the cost is minimal on the upkeep. It’s sad that SAR teams have to do fundraisers and such to cover the operating costs as it is.

I'm almost 72 years old but still travel and hunt. This has been a great product that gives my wife piece of mind when I am either out in the woods or out of the country. With the cost going up seemingly every year and my income staying the same year after year I have to either stop using the service causing stress in my wife or stop traveling and hunting, which would negate the need for the expense altogether.
As a retired military member who was in charge of Search and Rescue, I immediately saw the value of SPOT. I signed up for the service when first offered and have been a long term user. A discout for military members, retired or active, would be a nice touch.
I'm active duty military and I recently bought one of the SPOT gen 3. I like the product but when I called customer service to suspend my account for my upcoming deployment they had never heard of such a thing and politely informed me that it was not SPOTs policy to do so. I highly recommend adding this to you policy as this is pretty standard stuff for active duty members to suspend all services. I suspend my phone and update my insurance to storage coverage every time I go out and inform inform everyone when I get back so that I can pick up right where I left off. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
As an American company you should support the Active duty military, our veterans and first responders.
