A user friendly MyAccount
The Findmespot website is difficult to use. I use the website only a few times a year and struggle to find the where I need to go to make changes or find out what I need to find out.
It's by far the worst website to navigate of the many I use.
The website needs a troubleshooting guide. My AUTH CODE is not valid
It would be nice to be able to see a detailed invoice instead of an error message. It would also be nice to have an explanation of a 50% increase in yearly cost. Of course the ability to see the invoice would help...
I found the website to be quite functional. Especially considering I use it about once per year.
It is very frustrating to use your opaque website, which then tells me that I cannot put in email addresses due to a problem with your system.
Also, why on earth do you have "check in " instead of messages, and "custom" rather than contact list? Please use regular common vocabulary instead of your made up geek speak!

Almost predatory in their billing. Auto renews without notification, and they make it nearly impossible to cancel. Customer service is coincidentally closed when billing occurs. Just sneaky and tricky. I mean, we chose to be their customers, and they turned us into their victims. Never again!

I find the website very good. I had to play with it a bit but now I don't have any issues ith the website.
Website is terrible. Won't recognize valid email addresses in the list. Can't add a email or mobile number to the default notification profile.

A more robust interactive app would be great. The 30min window in between is also something to consider changing.
Struggling to edit the assigned profile. How to get to that is not clear. In general the web design needs some user friendly improvement.
Terrible site....NOT Userfriendly!
I can't find on the website how to update my notification list. Please send me an email with the site location for updating that list. This is the list of who receives my location messages. Looked at all the customer update locations and didn't find it.
XML errors pop up. Sometimes things say they're saved and they aren't. I can log out and then log in only to be logged out automatically because the silly 20min timer doesn't reset.
Just make it easy to read the subscription plans. I found the page once and can't find it again. Why so hidden?????

Lengthen or eliminate the webpage session timeout. It is really annoying to constantly be kicked off the mapping page while following a tracker.
I hate having to look up everyone's phone and emails over and over each time I set up a new profile. Could there be a way to build a phonebook, so you can easily select who you want messages to be sent to? Also, it would be nice to have a name associated with the contact. It is very inconvenient to try to figure out whose contact you added to a message after the fact.
Agreed! Lost me as a customer. I wanted to cancel for one year and then sign up again since I couldn't hike with a high risk pregnancy. This is painful service.

My credit card has just been billed near A$300. How did that happen? What is that for and what should I do if I choose to cancel this?

The fees are very high
I have subscribed to Spot since the company began. The website has always been about selling not servicing. It is extremely difficult to use and particularly to teach a friend to use. I once talked with the creator at the Sun and Fun airshow and she definitely was not interested in what I had to say.
There are other companies offing similar services and service those who subscribe. Customer service also is inferior and does not approach the competition.
