Your website and app are super clunky. You would sell more products if your website and apps didn't look and function like they were from the 1990's.

Your Web page sucks. I keep trying to fill in one of the forms, to re-activate my SPOT, and I keep getting a 500 Internal Server error.
I found the website a bit dated looking but perfectly functional. Considering that I use the website about once a year, and the App.. never.. I wouldn't focus too much on it personally, but I'm not normal :P

Get your software more user friendly
The present software needs a global change
This looks like 15 yrs old software totally unfriendly !
For instance, the updated version of the software does not allow me to start installation because I t does not let me enter my auth. code ??

Using your web pages is like going back in time 10 years.....Absolutely awful experience. This has not been built with user experience in mind - everything takes 5x more time than it should; why do I have to keep reentering my authentication code (can't you store user details?); why can't I replicate email/mobile numbers across message categories? Truly one of the worst user websites I've used in recent years. Also, forcing users to accept your terms and conditions, and roll-over their contracts is highly likely to be unlawful in Europe.

PEOPLE ARE RELYING ON YOUR SYSTEMS TO KEEP THEM SAFE - HOPEFULLY THAT SOFTWARE IS BETTER THAN THE STUFF I'VE EXPERIENCED SIGNING UP AT YOUR WEB SITE!!!

It's true and painful. I've been using SPOT for 4 years and if I didn't have a SPOTgen3 I would have left ages ago.
