Allow service cancellation via My Account
To make it easier to cancel subscription. I contacted someone months ago to have our subscription cancelled and thought it had been. To find out it had not. We have not used the Spot device since last year. Now I call and have to be called back or to call again to just cancel my account when I was told after the first year it could be cancelled at anytime.

It is inacceptable that one must call an expensive international call and handle the time differences as well just to cancel my subscription. Please add an option to cancel a service by the web interface!
Why do I need to call customer service and get put on hold for 40 minutes to deactivate my services?
I can Never find the page where I can update the email addresses for the people I want to be notified when I send a SPOT Notification!!!
What is the path to that page???
I've wasted an hour trying to find where to cancel the auto renewal of subscriptions. If such a function exists on your website, make it easier to find.
I am trying to change the automatic billing and failing dismally--your site makes it impossible to navigate to say I DON'T want automatic renewal. Could you please contact me so I can change those settings?

No where in the manual does it say how to navigate to device settings by clicking edit tab. I found this frustrating and tried for over an hour before calling the hotline. Please make it more clear for people to connect these dots.
I am convinced that there is only one customer service rep. If you need something other than new service forget it. They claim they will call you back, but when it is only the one lady and hundreds of us it is impossible. The only way they can keep customers is by not allowing you to cancel. Stay far away from this company. It's close to being a scam.
Cannot stop auto billing or cancel just one device. I have sold the Grady White and want to make sure it does not auto bill.
Allow customers to manage their accounts online. We must use your website to activate a device. Allow us to cancel serviceas well. Itis a waist of time waiting 10 minutes to cancel by phone.
Also your policy of not notifying customers BEFORE renewing their policy by email is a very sly and borderline dishonest buisiness model. Customers should be allowed to schedule cancellation of their devices at the very minimum or be notified of offending renewals.

When deactivated.... the records should remain and all that should be necessary is renewing the credit card details rather than you totally deleting the records... :-(
