Add a "Delete Device" button to your My Account webpage
I have just spent over an hour on the phone trying to delete an obsolete spot device from my account. It seems there is no way to do it online - only by phone. It has been a complete waste of my valuable time, and it is COSTING SPOT UNNECESSARY OVERHEAD. These is a real lost profit opportunity for Spot - and it is very ANNOYING to your customers...

How do I cancel my service? I no longer us this device. You need a cancel option on your site. I find this to be deceptive business practice and will never purchase a spot device again.
You should make it easy to cancel service. You have a great produce and service, but your website has no easy to find information about how to cancel service. Your emails about automatic renewal are the same.
This is a scam. It makes me mad. It make me not want to trust your company.
Finding it very difficult to cancel my SPOT via the website, not sure if you have this functionality or not, but if YES it is difficult to figure out haha. I'll call your customer support line later today.
I find it amazing that the only way I can cancel or pause my service is to make a phone call. if I can activate it without a phone call, then I should be able to de-activate it without a phone call.
Make it obvious to cancel and reset devices for reuse.

I find it impossible to cancel my account or change to a more economical service. This is a repulsive practice that is abusive of subscriber trust.
For an organisation that relies on global communication I am finding it difficult to deactivate my account.
Where is the ability to deactivate via email?

It would be nice to be able to see a detailed invoice instead of an error message. It would also be nice to have an explanation of a 50% increase in yearly cost. Of course the ability to see the invoice would help...
You practice what in Sweden is called "negative option right", i.e. renewal of subscription with automatic assumption customer is accepting. This in Sweden is illegal. Combined with no ability as far as I can see to unregistered customer has only the option of invalidating the credit card. My spot has only been in use for one season from which point it broke down but you have been charging for 4. Please unregistered me.
I have to make an international call to deactivate my account. For me this seems to rigid, given that most other things now these days can be managed by an account on the internet. Why is this the only possibility to deactivate, or put the account on hold for some months.
I want to be able to cancel my subscription after the current billing period - i.e. keep the service until the end of the current period, but do _not_ charge me again until I elect to renew the service.

Why do your devices have very low quality? appliances break after 1 month of use. The red LED is constantly on. You demand to pay monthly, even for a non-working device that has broken due to factory defects. update the firmware. your product is of inferior quality. cheap trackers from China work longer.
I found the website to be quite functional. Especially considering I use it about once per year.

It is very frustrating to use your opaque website, which then tells me that I cannot put in email addresses due to a problem with your system.
Also, why on earth do you have "check in " instead of messages, and "custom" rather than contact list? Please use regular common vocabulary instead of your made up geek speak!
