We are now sending renewal notices 30 days in advance from your renewal date.
Customer Notifications: You should really notify customers that a large increase in price is going to take place and also notify customers wth a reciept that their account auto-renewed. Use either email and/or text, anything is better than nothing. My account auto renewed and my cost was over double of the prior year. On top the increase, no notice was sent of the increase, no invoice or payment receipt was recieved. Just got the credit card bill. I'm felt taken advantage of, so I decided to move to another service even though I really liked the spot device and service.
Let people know how to cancel autorenewal
My name is Éric Racine and I have been a spot client since 2015 and I am very satisfied with the service and I never hesitate to recommend it. However, I would like to mention that it would be very appreciated by your customers that spot sends us a renewal notice 30 days before taking the payment. This would avoid a lot of frustration when you see the amount appear on our credit card without notice. I know that under the terms and conditions we accept automatic renewal however this aspect of billing remains a very big irritant for your customers. Please add a payment notice!

Only SPOT charges my c/card without sending ANY notification. Bad business. Only to trap consumers into another payment, with no chance of cancellation. Only to fight for a refund after, if cancelling.
SPOT, EMAIL ME AN INVOICE BEFORE due date.
