Ability to add a secondary payment method
There needs to be back up payment information on the system. I was just on a 28 day trip through the back country of Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona, I had paid the annual renewal fee last month, and have been a client for over a year paying the monthly fee. At the beginning of the trip my credit card was compromised and turned off because of it. I did not have internet or email access for much of the time I was out in the back country so when you tried to charge my credit card and it did not go through I was not able to receive the messages you were sending me about my account about to be turned off. A back up payment method would have prevented my Spot device from being deactivated and deleted from my account and MUCH MUCH more importantly I would not have been left exposed in the wilderness with a non-working device as I apparently was this time. I am a bit disturbed by how quickly my device was taken off line after Spot not receiving a payment given the nature of what the device is used for and someone could be relying on it as I was only to find it doesn't work when they need it and they did not know it was turned off.
allow me to pay and get back online, why do you make it difficult to resume service when credit card details accidentally expired???
