Email address on website
It is ridiculous that when I click "My devices" I get a "General error" with the message to try again later or contact you. When choosing the latter I get told only for USA/CAN users AND you're not online at the time of writing this. WHY do you not have an email? You cost an arm and a leg and you provide NO service. VERY VERY BAD.
how on earth am I supposed to contact you when I live in another time zone in another hemisphere and you only have a US phone number during business hours and chat functionality for US and Canada residents only. How about an email address?
I cannot find an email address on the accounts page.
I want to CANCEL my credit CARD Details.
I DO NOT WANT TO RENEW my SUBSCRIPTION
If i cannot remove my credit card details you are in breach of my rights as you are forcing me to continue payment
