Provide invoice before charging
I don't think it's good busy practice to charge a credit card prior to providing a customer with a invoice. My credit card was charged Nov. 14 and I don't get an invoice until Dec.? That is typically uncommon. I work for the Federal Government and am required to submit invoices for associated charges, the practice your company now has (since 2019) has caused a inconvenience in that process. Please reconsider your method.
Could you speed up your billing invoice? Therefore I can process it quickly at my organization. Thank you Adam
When credit card is charged invoice should be available. You shouldn't have to wait a month for the invoice.

I'm not ok with you charging my credit card without any advance notification. My cycling events are being cancelled with the Covid problem. I have no need for my Spot Gen this season.
I found that I am being billed 30 days prior to being able to access an invoice for the payment. This process is a little "cart before the horse" in that I should be able to see an invoice prior to being charged. Additionally (and at the very least) the receipts I have access to should give account and details of the what the payment is being applied to. Currently the receipts simply show a credit card charge with no supporting information. Please look into this process as it hinders the account holders ability to reconcile the charges in a timely manner.
The way the invoices are unavailable doesn't work well with my companies financial practices. When I pay my renewal fee, invoice should be available.
The website is extremely confusing.

NO DISCRIPTION ONLY AMOUNT DUE. Switching to Garmin Device
How bout' not hiding how much I'm paying in the online software?
I've gone to 2 different pages regarding account and billing and can't find it!
While otherwise satisfied with our service billing that takes almost a month to post is unacceptable. Please consider posting the invoice at the same time my card is billed. This is reason enough that we would consider changing to another company.
Company policy creates a loss of a nine year customer. Will shop with Garmin now.
This is for accounting reasons
Look like i'm not the only that struggles with the fact that you can charge a credit card and not provide an invoice in a timely manner.
