Keep my account info even after my term has lapsed. I went to reactivate today, my login still worked, but my device info had been deleted. This is poor service.
Even your support staff could not reinstate my device/contract details after it had lapsed by 2 days.
I was willing to add new credit card (due to expired cc) to extend my previous contract but will wait a long time now when COVID is over. You lost revenue from me due to this poor feature.
