Time Zone Issues
My SPOT profile is set to Eastern Time. Even when signed into the new mapping interface, the time zone shows as Central time. I have to log out and log back in to get the time zone on the track points to show correctly. Even worse, I've given the URL to friends/family in order to see my location. Again, the time zone shown is Central, not Eastern.
In addition to being sloppy, even this one hour difference can make a real difference in a rescue scenario, making SPOT a lot less valuable. My contract is up in April and unless this is fixed before then, I will be cancelling and moving over to an InReach device for the upcoming season. There's no excuse for Globalstar not being able to get the time correct.
Time is incorrect on my tracking points, by 5 hours.
This was meant to be feedback comment or a help request, but the site doesn't give me these options!

My account is set to GMT and my tracking points are in the UK but the times on the tracking points are 5 hours out - US East Coast timezone?
How hard can this be to get right?
