Better user guide and self help option
Started trying to set up my new Spot X more than 2 hours ago. I'm still working on it, and I don't think I'm close to done. The documentation you published is substandard where it isn't outright misleading. The whole thing seems deliberately designed to be as confusing as possible. I've managed to turn it on and pay for an account. Nothing after that has worked as expected.

Better user manual is a must.
1. It took me a long while to figure out how to add contacts and predefined messages. A link to the appropriate site online would have solved that problem.
2. I am trying to send a message from the Spotx unit(not on the ap). I am being told I can only send to one I unsynced contact. I thought the unit was synced as when it was connected by Bluetooth I clearly saw the word syncing. I can’t figure out the solution to this problem. Sending the message erases the other contacts.
3 as I’m new and finding this a difficult learning curve I’m sure there will be more problems. You don’t even have a customer service email!
