Change Sync Error Message when Account is Suspended
When your account is suspended and you update the firmware, the sync step errors out. Instead of an error message, inform the user that the Sync option cannot be performed while the account is suspended.
YES!! I just spent an hour trying everything to get this to sync. Hard resets, USB to laptop, phone with the app, even finally did a factory reset. After repeated attempts only getting error messages telling me to try again, I contacted customer service. This should be a simple message saying exactly that, if your account is suspended, it can not sync.
