How about posting a banner on your web site when it is not working. I cannot update any profile information
at 3:35 PM today, your web site is totally stalled as I try to update info for my check in profiles. You need to post a heading that the web site is down.

Re new map presentation
First off, GREAT WORK - much improved. Two minor suggestions:
The display should open with the options in the upper right-hand corner minimized. The way it is now, they cover most of the screen on a smartphone, and not all users are sophisticated enough to figure out how to turn them off.
Also, the map should show a scale at all times.

More characters in Predefined and Help SPOT Message
Please add more characters to Help/SPOT SOV message. 110 is not enough to include local contacts in case of a non life threating event.

Bluetooth in Gen3
I love my Connect but what if my phone dies or malfunctions on a trip. I would be limited to only SOS. Would be nice to have the other functions available

Support the products that are already in customers' possession.
It is difficult to use the functions such as Facebook, groups and messages. I see no need to upgrade when I can only see the "new, improved" products being treated as the legacy are now.
