  1. Allow service cancellation via My Account

    To make it easier to cancel subscription. I contacted someone months ago to have our subscription cancelled and thought it had been. To find out it had not. We have not used the Spot device since last year. Now I call and have to be called back or to call again to just cancel my account when I was told after the first year it could be cancelled at anytime.

  2. Longer Data Storage

    I would like to see SPOT save the history of a customer's trip inside the account for the life of the account.
    Strava (iPhone) for example retains all you have done and it offers summaries"

  4. Explain where to find ESN and Auth Code on all devices

    Tell people where the Auth Number is. You say where to find the ESN why not tell them where the Auth is.

  6. Ability to add a secondary payment method

    There needs to be back up payment information on the system. I was just on a 28 day trip through the back country of Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, and Arizona, I had paid the annual renewal fee last month, and have been a client for over a year paying the monthly fee. At the beginning of the trip my credit card was compromised and turned off because of it.   7. ability to end billing from website

    i cannot find a way to remove my master card from billing, I also see no way to end billing and stop all services. I have been on hold for some time to attain this now. very frustrating. it is doubtful we will use globalstar in the future because of this.

  11. My Locations - Map - Improve display and filters

    I have never experienced a worse user interface. I'm trying to use this data for a world record certification and it's impossible to set the times on the map. I've tried using Chrome and Firefox. When I try and set dates and times for the filter, I can set the date but not the times. The boxes appear but you can't put data in them to change the time. I've got to be honest, this is terrible.

  12. Problem to change the account.

    My idea is a problem that I have.
    I have the basic account, and I try to upgrade to the account where it sends a signal each 5/10 minuts from my device, but I don´t find the option in the web side where I can upgrade my account.
    I don´t think that your page is istuitive to do it. :(

  13. Other valid VISA payment options.

    More payment options - debit Visa cards. I have such a card that is recognized by other companies/websites as a VALID VISA card. Payment is directly taken from my bank account, regardless of account. Unable to complete the transaction to pay my account.

  14. problem with payment AGAIN

    I've been using spot for year and still now I find your website very confusing. Every year I have a problem with renewing my plan. The automatic payment didn't go though and again I have no idea where is the option of making payment. You really need to fix this. It is so frustrating.

  17. Outstanding customer service!

    I recently used your customer service and hand an outstanding representative who assisted me. My problem was operator error, and your representative helped me immediately after verifying my information. What a great asset to your company!! I continue to recommend friends to your product and your customer service continued to solidify my actions.

  18. Rotate Photos in adventure

    Currently, my adventure: for the photos section, is loading some, not all, photos incorrectly, on it's side rather than top up. It would be great if there were a function that allowed users to ROTATE photos, crop, edit etc...

  19. Use of multiple devices

    If we could switch between devices ourselves it would save Spot time. Having multiple devices can be very expensive. In many cases we don't use multiple devices at the same time. For example, I have a daughter that lives in Banff and goes out on trips occasionally and has a Gen2, I also have a son who lives at home in Strathmore(2hrs from Banff), he occasionally goes snowmobiling and takes a Gen2. If I could switch between devices myself it would save me having to call in to have your guys do it. Same idea would work for Trace but…

  20. Spot Mentors

    This is something I've been doing for 10 years. Get people onto using Spot and help them with every aspect. I know you guys have 24/7 help but people need to be encouraged to familiarize themselves with the use of the device so they get comfortable with it. Most times before they phone you for help ,they have already been frustrated by the account or the device and get rid of it
