    On my account it says;
    QUOTE Only 10 Recipients can be added UNQUOTE

    however, in reality it is only possible to add 9 recipients

  5. Stop locking people out of their account

    I’m in the middle of the Nullabor plain in south Australia. Little reception. You’ve just locked me out of my account and says to contact service. I can’t make calls with my signal strength. Not happy.

  6. Alert me if a device moves in certain times of the day

    I want to be able to get an alert if my device moves between 8pm and 6am, for example. As no one should be driving my trailer at this time of the day.

  7. Provide average speed between points

    Maybe have a overall distance listed within your website. I should be able to figure out my average speed using basic math once I have the total distance traveled between my starting and finishing point. Maybe this is already a feature embedded within your website. If it is than I digress to my first point that your website is not user friendly.

  8. Two different logins???

    You seem to have two different systems online. One is your store, with which I use my email address to login. The other is your ongoing maintenance system, where billing etc. is stored -- this requires a different username, specifically not an email address. THIS IS INSANE. In 2018, nobody does this. Nobody. Please use one front end to access all your back end stuff, from previous orders of new equipment to ongoing billing and address issues. Please fix this.

    We should be able to put multiple devices on one map: the on demand spot plus another spot.

  11. Merge the ecommerce account and findmespot account

    Merge these two accounts. If I am an existing spot owner, I should be able to purchase a new new device without being kicked over to the main website forced into creating a new account to buy the device.

  12. keep customers informed of problems

    recently we had a linking problem with FB. No prior advice from Spot as to the problem and no prior advice that the problem was fixed

  13. Your entire System needs an overhaul

    Your System crashes, not saving any settings entered painstakingly by the user (messages, email addresses, contact phone numbers), reverting back to default/blank. Ssho frustrating and time-consuming.
    And your robotic/nameless email-replies are ignorant and meaningless.

  14. better coverage, every time I go to use the phone it takes 10 - 20 min then call drops ever minute or so. Bring price down to a reasonable

    $100 for 200 min good for the year. like a pay as you go rather than paying for something you don't use everyday.

  16. Banking

    Your account numbers do not work with online banking. You can not have a decimal in the number. Simply removing the decimal does not fix the problem. It is very difficult to pay my bill.
