We are dedicated to creating products that fit your life, keep you safe and bring you peace of mind when you are enjoying the world outside of cellular coverage.   1. Make the website easier to use. It's difficult in Windows, and 5x more difficult on an iPhone.

    Put all the settings on 1 page instead of spreading them out under different categories. Set it up so when you're finished with the 1-page, everything is set: contacts, emails, dates, shared contacts, messages... everything in 1 page. I just drove 3000 miles and none of my contacts could see where I was... and I couldn't figure it out on my iPhone.

  3. Multiple email addresses for paperless billing

    Allow entry of multiple email address for paperless billing in the "My Profile" section of your online "My Account"

  4. Extend SPOT myaccount auto logout time period

    I really don't like having to log in every time I've been away for an hour. My Gmail stays logged in for days. Why can't this app.

  5. Move the edit button for devices in SPOT myaccount

    Edit Settings in device details is currently far right. It should be positioned next to the picture of the device. In general people check top left first of anything.

  6. Add information about settings status in SPOT myaccount

    On /maps.findmespot/alerts/CreateContact, perhaps more detail, via hover message, information could be created to state what it means to either check or leave unchecked the "is SOS Contact." If left unchecked, the radio dials following (no limit or one message every..) make no sense.

  7. Rename "Edit settings" in myaccount interface

    On "myaccount.findmespot.com" page, the "EDIT SETTINGS" button is poorly named. Perhaps it might say, "Edit Contacts, tracking, and SOS." Or have a "hover" message appear that would be more descriptive.

  8. Issue the invoice prior to charging

    You CHARGE me before you INVOICE me. That’s just bad business. Adjust my account so that I can actually see the invoice BEFORE I get charged for the service.

  9. Improve your online interface

    Your activation system is awful on findmespot.com. Gives nonspecific errors when there is a credit card problem and then just plain locks up.
