Just called ROBERT in Customer Service. He helped identify my update problem as a cable issue. Patient with me and explained what I needed. I ultimately found the right cable and VIOLA--it's all good. He's a genius.1 vote

Excellent phone support to renew my account for Spot Gen 3 device. Problem caused by new replacement credit card. Have been a Spot user for more than 15 yrs. LEONOR was most helpful and FIXED the issue , unlike the other staff I have spoken to in the last few weeks. My issue was complex but she spoke to her supervisor and got the job done.
