  1. Provide 40 messages per month on the SPOT X basic plan

    I don’t understand why the 20 messages/month include both outgoing and incoming. One of the reasons I wanted to use the spot x on this trip is to keep in touch with my young daughter and aged parent, being able to send important messages. The current plan means I really can only handle a couple of issues each month, if you assume each ‘issue’ includes an exchange of 4-8 messages. This seems really stingy. Is it really expensive to be more generous with messages? Or could you just as easily include 40 message/month in the basic plan.

  2. Not sure--haven't used product enough to know.

    Just called ROBERT in Customer Service. He helped identify my update problem as a cable issue. Patient with me and explained what I needed. I ultimately found the right cable and VIOLA--it's all good. He's a genius.

  3. SPOT X GUI Icons are confusing - MAIN

    Why when I sent a message it put a question mark even though it went through... how can I know for SURE my message was received?

  4. Better quick start guide with info on what buttons are which and what to do with the stickers

    As of Jan 2021, the quick start guide doesnt have any pictures that relates what the buttons are called by what they look like... how do I know what the 'track button' is? No clue. And what am I supposed to do which the stickers?
