    I found that I am being billed 30 days prior to being able to access an invoice for the payment. This process is a little "cart before the horse" in that I should be able to see an invoice prior to being charged. Additionally (and at the very least) the receipts I have access to should give account and details of the what the payment is being applied to. Currently the receipts simply show a credit card charge with no supporting information. Please look into this process as it hinders the account holders ability to reconcile the charges in a timely manner.
